Hello everyone!! Hope you all are doing well. Today’s post is about food. So this is going to be my first blog post on food. Let’s see how it goes.
There are so many kinds of kebabs out there and they can be made by using chicken, beef, mutton, potatoes etc. The recipe which I am gonna share is by my Mother-in-law. She is very expert in cooking and I am learning many new dishes from her, by taking advantage of her kitchen skills 🙂
Here is the complete recipe of chapli kebabs:
1 kg beef mince
Half kg chicken mince
3 onions (chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chilli flakes (crushed red pepper)
Half tsp black pepper
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp crushed anardana (pomegranate seeds)
1 tsp oil
1 raw egg
1 fried egg (in pieces)
1 tsp garam masala powder
3 tsp chickpea flour
Fresh green chillies and coriander (chopped) to taste
Oil for frying
First of all mix both the beef and chicken mince in a bowl and then add red chilli powder, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt, cumin seeds, anardana, garam masala powder, coriander powder.
Then add onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves and green chillies.
Now add a raw egg and ginger garlic paste.
Take an egg and fry it in some oil, then cut the egg into small pieces with the help of a fork. Along with the egg, add chickpea flour as well.
Properly mix all the ingredients.
Now make the kebabs. Shape them according to your preference.
Lastly, deep fry the kebabs.
