Chapli Kebabs

Hello everyone!! Hope you all are doing well. Today’s post is about food. So this is going to be my first blogpost on food. Let’s see how it goes.

There are so many kinds of kebabs out there and they can be made by using chicken, beef, mutton, potatoes etc. The recipe which I am gonna share is by my Mother-in-law. She is very expert in cooking and I am learning many new dishes from her, by taking an advantage of her kitchen skills 🙂

Here is the complete recipe of chapli kebabs:

1 kg beef mince

Half kg chicken mince

3 onions (chopped)

2 tomatoes (chopped)

1 raw egg

1 fried egg (in pieces)

1 tsp garam masala powder

3 tsp gramflour

Fresh green chillies and coriander (chopped) to taste
